EXCITING Announcement! We’re writing a cookbook!

We have some big news!

Nourishing Traditions Library

Our multi-generational family at Sprinkle with Soil (that’s us: Ông, Bà, Tim, Sophie, Joy and Jolie) is finally publishing a COOKBOOK!

After over 10 years of learning and implementing the “Nourishing Traditions” lifestyle inspired by Sally Fallon Morell, regenerative farming techniques from Joel Salatin to nourish the people we love most, and working side-by-side with my mother to document all of our traditional recipes, we couldn’t be more thrilled to share this news with you!

Over the past two years since the pandemic, in addition to posting recipes on the blog, we’ve been quietly developing and testing recipes for our very first cookbook, which the e-book version will be released in Winter 2022, and a physical book release in Spring 2023.

It’s pretty exciting to think we’ll soon be adding our own book to our existing collection of cookbooks!

About the Book:

This cookbook will be an extension of our culinary genealogy of Vietnamese and Asian cooking—a compilation of essential and accessible Asian recipes for the dishes you know and love, and perhaps ones you might not have tried yet.

My mother and I have developed these simplified nourishing restaurant-styled recipes to save you time and money for the busy household.

We will also dig deeper into our family history with more stories, memories, and behind-the-scenes looks at the experiences and foods that have made us who we are as a multi-generational and multi-cultural family.

As with our growing blog, we’re hoping that this book will be a resource that you reach for generations to come.
