God-Given Food at Polyface Farms August 11-13, 2023

I am thrilled to share with you the exciting news of God’s Good Table conference called God-Given Foods!

I am honored to speak at the conference and to speak at Polyface Farms with one of my long-time regenerative agriculture mentors, Joel Salatin, as well as the amazing Maureen Diaz, a true pioneer in the nourishing foods movement. Mike “The Fit Farmer“, Pork Rhyne, Chelsea Blackbird, Kat Owens, Luke and Tommy, and Mandy Blume are a part of the speaker line-up as well!

God-Given Foods is an event that celebrates the importance of God-given foods and the beauty of sourcing and preparing nurturing foods that are both good for our bodies and pleasing to God. The conference will offer a fantastic line-up of topics that cover a wide range of themes related to God-given foods, including discussions on the importance of soil health, the benefits of traditional cooking methods, and covering a wide range of topics that delve into the heart of what it means to embrace a God-centered approach to food and agriculture.

One of the highlights of the event will be a beautiful Sunday worship service led by “Pastor” Joel, who will share an inspiring message on the importance of connecting with God through our food choices. It promises to be a meaningful and uplifting experience for all who attend.

As for me, I am not only speaking on the benefits of traditional Asian cooking, but I am also doing a cooking demo with Maureen! We’ll be showcasing some delicious and nourishing dishes that incorporate God-given foods and traditional cooking techniques. I can’t wait to share my love for cooking and the nourishing foods that sustain us with all of you.

But the weekend won’t just be about learning and cooking demos. There will also be plenty of opportunities for fellowship, fun, and family activities. We’ll also have children’s activities, and plenty of time to connect with other like-minded individuals who share our passion for God-given foods.

Early bird tickets are available now, and we anticipate that they will sell out quickly. Don’t miss your chance to join us for this incredible weekend of learning, community building, and worship.

Register now and be a part of the God-Given Foods movement.
